Cedrick's room

We have two rooms available in a home in South Austin, near the Austin airport.
We have a large backyard, access to a gym and two pools for free. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The home is a large single family residents. Four bedrooms total with three bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are upstairs and a fourth bedroom is downstairs next to the living room and kitchen with its own bathroom. We are happy to show the house to anyone interested in moving in.

Two young professionals live in the home and my dog Roxy. Both guys in our later 20s. We work typical 9 to 5 type jobs but both have managerial positions and can work longer hours. I was keeping a room open for a friend to move but he recently got in a car accident and will not be moving and our third roommate is moving in with friends closer to his work. Roxy is very sweet, good with people and other pets. In general she’s a great dog.
