You’ll have your own bedroom to yourself and a bathroom as well, though it’s not connected (it’s down the hallway). Everything is furnished from the bed to the bathroom and you’re welcome to use any of the kitchen/living room items like cooking pots and television as long as you clean up after yourself.

All utilities are included and parking is allowed in any open spots. I typically sleep around midnight and wake up around 9 but I’m very quiet & respectful during normal evening hours. I clean the house once a week so tidiness is appreciated :)

I’m a 31 year old professional working from home in my 3 bedroom condo. I love cars, cosplaying, anime, raving, and I speak basic Korean from when I lived in Seoul!

I turned one bedroom into my office and have a 3rd room I’d love to rent out to someone. I’m right down the street from one of the largest hospitals here so traveling nurses are within walking distance.

I’m quiet and will mostly stay to myself but am also social and talkative if you’re one to chat! I have a 3 year old dog (corgi) and a 10 year old cat at home, so your pets are welcome as long as they’re house trained and get along with both dogs and cats. I don’t smoke myself but the patio is open and 420 friendly. Overnight guests are welcome within reason, as my partner stays over from time to time as well (that’s why I put 2 occupants).
