About the room
Renting one of my spare rooms, it’s a Second floor carpeted bedroom that measures 132 Sqft with a closet and a separated shared bathroom. It’s in a really nice quiet neighborhood with very much everything you need in the surrounding area from Walmart, Kroger, Chick-fil-A, Wawa and Starbucks (6 minutes) away to Targets, Chipotle, Onelife Fitness and Downtown Norfolk (17 minutes away).
About the roomies
One other person occupies the other up stairs room, they are very friendly and respectful, who keep to themselves. I’m looking for a person who has the same qualities and is responsible enough to clean after themselves and maintain a monthly payment.
