This room is 12x12 and comes with its own unattached bathroom. The room is not furnished, but the house itself is. This is a 3 bedroom house that also has a nice big front yard and backyard as well. The house includes access to the following: washer and dryer, kitchen, living room, backyard and a scenic covered patio as well. The room can come furnished with a bed or not. This room requires a 1500 deposit as well as a background check and a list of 1-3 references. Utilities are included. There is plenty of parking available on the street. Tenant must be ok with living with a friendly small dog and cat. The lease is month to month, we would share the kitchen and laundry as well as the living room.
