One bedroom is available w/ connected private bathroom and private entrance, the other bedroom will have ashared bathroom. The house is located right off of Sheridan and I95. We have in-house laundry area, closet, backyard, central AC, dishwasher, cable/Internet, etc. Quiet street and parking. Utilities (water, sewage, cable/Internet) are included.

Couple of blocks from Dixie higway and US 1, Starbucks, and multiple grocery stores. Close to downtown, it’s also a quick walk to restaurants and bars. As well as minutes from the beach.

Mid 40s female. Down to earth and easy going. Into relaxing, and spending time in the sun walking and going to the beach.
