looking for a room in Green Valley Henderson? We are 10 minutes from The District. We have a private room with a semi private bath. This is the room in the 1st floor close to the den, kitchen and dining room so it’s semi ( just in case visitors may use the bathroom). However, it has been rare to have visitors. The home is a bedroom house with mostly new appliances with a pool. All utilities including WIFI. We will process background checks, criminal, credit and need employment verification/paystub.

We have two single professionals quiet and reserved, would like the same types. This is not a party house, we respect everyone’s privacy and we do not want any drama, violence or issues.
