Hey guys! This is an awesome place to live right next to Western Carolina University. The apartment complex has a super nice leasing office, a pool, pool table, and recreation center! All bills are included in rent + the option for a credit builder. Apartment is also fully furnished with an in-unit washer and dryer! Also parking available! Truly, a great deal for the cost!

Room for rent is in 4 bedroom apartment, each with its own bathroom: that means 3 roommates! All are female in their early 20s and 2 are graduating in May 2023! The ladies keep to themselves and appreciate roommates that clean up after themselves and take care of the apartment. All are super friendly!
