My townhouse is in a great area. Close to shopping, restaurants, everything. The room is Freshly painted, carpeted, and has a walk in closet.

I am in my late 30s. I have 3 jobs and own my own company…all hospitality related. I prefer my home to be clean and organized but its hard to maintain alone. I am looking for a roommate that is also a friend. I am queer, love technology, and like to cook. 420 friendly. Most of the common areas feature smart tech so I’d prefer a tech savvy roommate. I do not want to live with a couple, nor anyone with children. Please be 25 to 45 yo. I generally keep my home around 65 degrees so my roommate should like it cool.
