Northwest Lincoln Avenue

You will have a private bedroom w/ a private bathroom townhouse apartment. You will have your own closet and central heating. We have a dishwasher, cable/Internet, and a small private patio. There is good street parking where visitors can also park. Utilities and Wifi are approximately $100 per month per person. The apartment is located at 2215 NW Lincoln Ave and is right across the street from Fred Meyer’s. A shopping centre nearby includes Mexican food, Asian Market, Asian Food, Pizza Parlor, Barber, and Gas. Basically, we have all the amenities of living in a city without having to worry about parking on campus or a big commute. The OSU campus is around a 5-10 minute bike ride or a 15-minute walk.

We’re all early 20s. Currently, one female and three males and we’re looking for another female to balance it out but will still accept males. We mostly all keep to ourselves, but when we do meet up in the public space we’ll talk and have a good time. We’re also all students at OSU. We’re looking for a respectful, social, kind roommate who is responsible for rent and bills. We ask that you keep the public space clean and don’t fill the sink with dirty dishes. The apartment will be available on January 18th for a 12-month lease. We would need to have the new roommate added to the lease and signed by February 1st.
