I’m looking for someone to take over this lease. This two bedroom apartment is close to a grocery store, walking trails, and is located within a quiet gated apartment complex. Your living situation will involve sharing the apartment with one Roomate. The month of January is already paid for, so you would pay starting February 1st (I’m open to negatiate). I have uploaded two photos of the bedroom. The kitchen, balcony, and living room are shared space with your Roomate. From what I understand the security deposit has been paid for.

You will be sharing this apartment with a 30year old male. He is a working professional, finishing his masters degree, and is quiet. If you have further questions I am happy to discuss and connect you both.
