Teresa's room

Hi everyone, my name is Teresa and I’m looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom 2 bath townhome I will be moving into this month in Pasadena. It is very close to the Rose Bowl and 5 minutes from Downtown Pasadena and the Metro station. It has a fireplace and washer and dryer in the attached garage. I will stay in the master bedroom on the first floor. The 2nd and 3rd room are smaller and upstairs. The room walls will be painted white. The rent is $1400, and you would be able to utilize the second upstairs bedroom if needed.

I enjoy cooking, reading, and the occasional glass of wine or margarita! My 2 children are grown in their late 20s and 30s and would come by to visit only on occasion. I am very social but also enjoy my alone time, so I’m fine with either a roommate that wants a good friend, or wants time to themselves.
