2. If we like what we both hear, an appointment is set for a tour.
3. If the tour goes well, we can then possibly move forward with further steps.

STUDENTS:

• If currently unable to provide proof of income, but expecting employment or work-study, and/or possess negligible savings due to age: Open to discussion.

FOREIGN NATIONALS:
