Maddie's room

July 2023 - Room available in 3-story, 2000-square foot townhome located in Montrose. Current roommate is moving out, but I love the area and the home, so looking for someone to take the room. Room that will be available is the master bedroom is on the 3rd floor that has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. 3rd floor also has loft area and washer/dryer. 2nd floor has kitchen, dining room, and big living room space with a guest bathroom. 1st floor is my bedroom and also has garage access for parking (but there is tons of street parking and spaces behind the house too!) Entire house is gated and has a small side garden. HOA pays monthly water bill, so bills are wifi, gas, and electricity. Do not have any pictures of the room right now as it is occupied (will have some closer to her move-out time) but can provide pics of other rooms in house. I think that covers everything but lmk if I missed anything!! :)

Love the Montrose area - very safe, quiet, and walkable and has everything you could need within a 3 mile radius.

I’m 24 year old office assistant for a financial advisor firm that loves concerts, baking, football, and movies. A bit of a homebody - I like staying in and chilling with my dog most nights - but I’m always down to go out and do things too! :)

Looking for someone who’s nice, clean, and pays their rent on time! Must be okay with dogs. Landlord is okay with 2 dogs in the house, so if you also have a pet that’s totally fine! Landlord doesn’t allow smoking.
