Just three blocks from the main strip with plenty of fun restaurant and bar options, and two blocks from the bus line. You’ll have full access to the house and garden patio. The downstairs is open concept with a spacious kitchen perfect for cooks.

I also live here, a 44 year old man, and my 6 year old daughter, our two year old Boston Terrier, and our other roommate’s friendly cat and small dog. All of them are very well behaved and the dogs never barks. A second room in the house is also rented to a 24 year old gay man who is extremely polite and usually just stays in her room. Because of my daughter I’ll only be renting to women and gay men. Thanks!
