House is located in Burbank near park, studios, airport, library. House has central air, spacious kitchen with nook, spacious TV room and laundry on premise! Backyard is spacious for bbq and organic gardening. No pets. House has an ADU that’s divided from front property. Utilities not included; spectrum, gas, water and power will be split three ways. Background check fee will apply.
