Hello, You will have your own bathroom down the hall (Not shared). The room is not furnished. I do have available a sofa bed. Your free to use the kitchen, I am okay with sharing my pots and pans, & plates. I have a 2 car garage, if your car is about the size of a Honda Accord then you can park in the garage with my car. Rent includes internet and utilities. Your own refrigerator: LG 7.0 cu. ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator. Access to washer and dryer. Only one person allowed to live in the room.

Two large Shopping centers near by, both 5 minute drive: Wal-Mart supercenter, Target, Ross, Home Depot, Lowes. Stater Brothers, Vallarta, Starbucks , McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Chipotle, Taco Bell, Pollo Loco, Subway, a sushi restaurant, HawaiianBBQ, Pizza hut, Panda, Wing Stop & more… Chase , Bank of America, & Wells Fargo. Bus stop is about a 10 minute walk.

Hello, I am 41 years old, female. I have one dog, a Pug, his 13 months (19 pounds). He lives indoors has his own bedroom lol. I work from home, on my computer, 2days, Monday and Wednesday, up at 7:45am, work ends at 6 pm. I drive to work Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, those days I wake up at 6:15am and I’m home by 6:30pm . I work in Lancaster. I live in east Palmdale. Please no loud noise while I work from home and after 9:30pm. I have a 4 bedroom house, my office is in one of the bedrooms. I don’t have any gatherings or parties. I also ask for no parties or large gatherings.
