Cypress Street

The room is small but functional. Not sure of the dimensions, but it’s probably something around 6x10 with no closet. Rent is month to month. We do not have a dishwasher or a living room, but we do have a large kitchen and cabinet space. There is a communal hallway connected to the main staircase. The roof and basement are accessible with the laundry machine and dryer in the basement. There’s a fenced in backyard. The cats are moving with me so there won’t be anymore pets.

The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk from the Green line (Brookline Hills) and there is a direct bus route to Fenway. There’s lots of restaurants and parks nearby, including Jamacia Pond.

This is a queer trans household with three roommates in their early twenties. Everyone is employed and splits the chores.
