I live in a 2-story home on 2.5 acres just 10 mins outside of Battle Ground, WA. It is quiet and offers the beauty of the tall green trees and blue sky from the many windows throughout the house. I am looking to rent the master bedroom with large private bath on the main upstairs level of the house. You would have open access to the kitchen and laundry room on the same floor. I will be living on the lower level. Both floors have separate entrances to outside, so it will be much like 2 apartments, except I will need to share the laundry room sometimes, and possibly the kitchen once in a while. For the most part you will be on your own. You will also have access to the very large covered back deck, accessible from your room upstairs. There is a large hot tub but is shut down until summer(along with the pool). I live in an area that offers unimaginable opportunities for exploring in nature. A few minutes from the house you will find the Lewis River where you can find amazing waterfalls, swimming holes, camping, fishing, miles and miles of hiking trails and much more. Find beauty and adventure on the river as close as 3 miles away or keep on following it til you find a place of interest (hundreds of miles of beauty and fun! Thanks!

I anticipate just you, as the renter, and I, myself will be the only occupants by the time you move in. I will occupy the bottom floor and renter will live on the top floor. I am a quiet person. I rarely, if ever, watch tv or movies. Music is my thing- creating, playing, recording, listening, etc. The pandemic killed my last band but I’m getting ready to put my feelers out for new peeps to join musical forces with again. I love going out to see friends’ bands play live local gigs, as well as some bigger concerts that come thru town. I love nature and I’m a huge animal lover!
