Amanda's room

Welcome to Port Richmond! I’m on a quiet block in a pleasant neighborhood. There is easy access to I-95, on-street parking, and some space to breathe in the back yard. It is a 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath. This listing is for the small middle room, which will come furnished with a full bed, dresser, and desk.

I am the homeowner, a single mom, and I live with my two young kids (3 and 5.) If you have never lived with kids, don’t be discouraged to consider it: they are in daycare M-F. Though they are a little noisy during the day, our schedule rarely changes. Our days are 6am-8pm, I would expect quiet during the nighttime hours. (Quiet means no hammering, but movies and talking OK, they are heavy sleepers!)

We tend towards shared food with roommates, but I don’t mind you labelling things for yourself (or, if it’s easier, designating you a part of the kitchen to store food.)
