Area on lower level is private bathroom, living space and bedroom and private entrance but you can use any entrance and exit. Also has its own microwave and small fridge. There is also a couch and partial living furnishing but can be removed if you have your own. Laundry is down there so we would have to come down once a week. Also, WIFI, heat and fuse box are there are well (Emergency only). There is no cable TV, but we can get it if you like at your cost .I have many streaming services you are welcome to the login. Main level living space and kitchen/dining area are shared areas for everyone. Full access to kitchen and space in the main fridge and your own cabinets in the main kitchen. Deck both lower and upper - You have a private deck outside the slider. HOA pool (small annual fee) and tennis courts. multiple walking trails, bus stop right on the street, easy access to the metro Herndon or Vienna station. Located 10 min driving from Dulles Airport. I am a 52-year old professional looking for a housemate to share a three-level townhouse. My 28-year old daughter is upstairs on the upper floor. She is generally up in her room. I work quite a bit, currently one day a week from home. Otherwise, I am gone quite a bit during the week when I go into Arlington. I am fairly quiet and do not have a lot of visitors, just on occasion. There are two cats on the third floor that never leave there, you wont see them and a 38lb dog but she is in her crate when I am not here.
