Great Lanai area out back with great view of pool with lots of seating, Grill, Teak outside table etc. There are 3 bathrooms two full and one half bath. The bathroom is one foot from your door. The house is peaceful private and perfect. I am out of the country for one half of every month so it’s just the two roomates for half of the month in 2400 living square feet plus the back lanai area.
