Furnished room and private bath. Nice roomy condo, upstairs, end unit. The room is good size with lots of storage and bright. Fully furnished. Newer mattress. 3 windows. Full washer and dryer in condo. I have 2 cats. No other pets allowed. Must pay HALF of power bill in the months of June, July, August and September. Otherwise all utilities included (Netflix, Cable and Internet). Condo association requires a background check and charges $100. Best area around. Very safe and quiet. 10 minutes to 3 beaches! NO SMOKERS

I’m pretty quiet and stick to myself but I am home mostly all day. Prefer someone who works full time outside of the house. There is no one else that lives with me but I need extra income.
