Single furnished bedroom with its own bathroom for rent in the River Islands neighborhood. I do have a desk that can be used for the room if desired. Looking for a quiet and responsible/working housemate that can clean up after themselves. Only single occupants to rent the room to (No children or partners).

Currently there are 2 other tenants (2 guys) living at the property, both of which are in their late 20s to early 30s. We are looking for a 3rd responsible and clean roommate who we can get along with. There are no pets or children at the home which provides a nice quiet place to relax from work or study.

Prospective tenants must have proof of income and pay for a background check and credit check.

Amenities included:

1. Full gym with free weights and a squat/bench-press station

2. Full kitchen is provided with everything you would need for cooking/baking.

3. Upstairs washer/dryer is right next to the room for rent

4. Full access to the entire home and backyard

Date Available: May 1st 2026 $1000/month rent. $1000 security deposit required. Utilities are split amongst all roommates at $110/tenant

The current roommates work locally and like to relax after work at home. Prior to a walkthrough a zoom call will be done with all tenants present to ask questions to the potential roomie to ensure everyone gets along.
