Single unfurnished Master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom for rent in the River Islands neighborhood. Looking for a quiet and responsible/working housemate that can clean up after themselves. Only single occupants to rent the room to (No children or partners).

Currently there are 2 other tenants living at the property who are engineers. We are looking for a 3rd responsible and clean roommate who we can get along with. There are no pets or children at the home which provides a nice quiet place to relax from work or study.

Prospective tenants must have proof of income and pay for a background check and credit check.

Amenities included:

1. Full gym with free weights and a squat/bench-press station

2. Full kitchen is provided with everything you would need for cooking/baking.

3. Upstairs washer/dryer is right next to the master bedroom

All utilities included except for electricity, water, and gas

Date Available: Feb 1st 2024. $1200/month rent. $500 security deposit required.

Both roommates work at the local Stockton Tesla facility. Both enjoy cooking and watching TV shows on their off time. During the interview process, both tenants will be present to ask questions to the potential roomie to ensure everyone gets along.
