Bonita's room

I am a professional female and I have an extra room to rent in my house located in a quaint & quiet pocket neighborhood on the SW side close to Westpark toll and highway 6. (located in cute division of Mission Bend). Katy and Sugarland are 15mins by car. So this is very convenient.

There are plenty of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Looking for an honest clean professional or student. No Couples. No Pets.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, side table, TV, small dresser, and walk-in closet. You will have your own bathroom located just outside your bedroom. You will also have access to the kitchen to cook and laundry room (dryer and washer).

Utilities included in the price. (Cable, WiFi, Electric, Gas and Trash)

There is currently myself and I am clean, quiet and easy to get a long with. I like to spend my time in the garden or with my mini golden doodle. Looking for 1 roommate.
