Hey everyone! I have a large, fully furnished queen bedroom available in my house in North Austin (near Parmer & MoPac). The house is already set up with pretty much everything you need day-to-day, so it’s an easy move-in if you’re relocating to Austin, between places, or just don’t want the hassle of buying a whole apartment’s worth of furniture.

Rent is $1,275 a month, which includes all bills (electricity, water, trash, gas) and ultra-fast Google Fiber internet. Just a $500 security deposit to cover the furniture

I keep a very clean, quiet, and relaxed home. Because of this, the room is for one person only, and the house is strictly no pets and no overnight guests. Looking for a working professional who is respectful, communicative, and able to pay rent reliably. No smoking or vaping inside.

I have a professional background in the tech space, I’m clean, respectful of people’s space and routines, and generally like a peaceful, drama-free home. I value open communication and living with people who are naturally thoughtful and easy to coexist with.Right now, it’s just me living here. The third bedroom is currently vacant and not rented yet, so the house is simply a very quiet, relaxed place to live.
