House is shared with 3 other roommates; co-living spaces include spacious kitchen+ living room + master downstairs, upstairs loft+kitchenette, 2 wine coolers (up/down), 2 sets of in unit washer/dryer. Backyard includes home gym equipment, grill, and patio furniture; all of which are free for use and hosting. Utilities and Wi-Fi included in price and electricity bill split amongst roommates.

Hello! Our home is a collective of friends; working creatives, sociable, and having positive energy. Everyone is individually pretty busy and doing their own things, in and out, out and about most days. We all have the luxury of keeping to ourselves for our private time in our comfortable personal spaces or opening ourselves up to social time by hanging out/watching tv in the common areas. We all contribute by being responsible for cleaning up own mess and generally having one clean house day a month. We respect each other and we respect the house.
