Only 5 minutes from Cal Poly Humboldt’s campus, this home is great for any student wishing to stay close to school. The available room is 10x12 feet and has a large closet for storage and a wide window. Rent is $680/Month and includes the water bill, other utilities are separate and ranges from $100-150 depending on when trash is paid and how much the heater is used. Street parking unless there is room in the driveway which is shared with the neighbors. There is a Murphy’s Grocery and a laundromat within a short walk’s distance. Looking for someone who can clean up after themselves, preferably a student or young professional, must be LGBTQ+ friendly, and good at communicating their needs. Must also be ok with cannabis, reptiles, and insects!

We’re looking to rent out our extra room! Current roommates are Erin (26 nb) loves hiking, crafts, raising insects, and playing DND online on friday nights, and Teddy (28 NB, student) enjoys roller skating, dancing, and looking for critters under logs. We share a 3 bed, 1 bath home in Arcata/SunnyBrae with a turtle, a gecko, and a sweet kitty named Sunny.
