I am looking for a female take over my lease for a shared bedroom at Pepperwood Apartments. Lease would be from Jan or Feb- to Aug. You would be the third housemate and there are also two friendly cats. ~Rent is $617 (wifi included) + aprox. $20 for utilities + $60-$80 for pg&e (varies) ~$300 deposit ~Free parking, 24hr Laundry Room, 24hr Study Room, Pool & Spa, Clubhouse ~ G and J Line bus stops ~Marketplace across the street (Safeway, CVS, etc.) Pls don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions 🙂

You would have a friendly roommate with friendly cats! She is a student and also works part-time. The other housemate works full-time!
