Looking for someone to rent a room out that’s chill and clean. Room will also include their own bathroom. Room is 12’2“ x 10’7“ for $1500 a month.
Shared living room, dinning room & kitchen. Plenty of street parking. Have a cat that is friendly.
Looking for short term renter but if great fit can be longer term.
About the roomies
We are a couple that’s pretty chill and friendly. Usually home bodies now with this mortgage & relaxing but we go out here and there.
We are up late nights and can wake up early when needed. Have friends & family over at times and don’t mind if you have guest over in the living room just give us a heads up.
Close to South SF biomedical offices. Prefer month to month or 6 month at a time.
