North Brawley Avenue

Currently living in this nice one bedroom apt with my friend it has a pretty big living room so it’s converted into like a living room/bedroom and then there’s the other room I’m currently staying in my friend is moving back home due to some personal issues so I’m looking for someone to split the rent with me until I can find a bigger place to move (just to be clear this is a one bedroom apt)

I will be the only one living in the apt it’s in a gated community very safe only bills are Wi-Fi and pg&e split in half I already have all kitchen appliances and necessities that will be shared
