I’ve been living here almost a year, and in Downtown Jersey City for 4. It’s a great location in Downtown Jersey City. I like to cook and go to the gym. I do a lot of hanging out in the living room. I do clean the apartment, and hope a prospective roommate would do the same. I do some gardening in the summer months, so I would also like access to the balcony.
