Share 3 bed/2bath home with 1560 sqft of indoor space on a 1/4 acre lot on a quiet cul de sac. Your bedroom is 12 X 12 with additional closet space of 2 X 8.5ft. The third bedroom is used as a storage and workout room with weights and total body machine. The house is owned by one person currently residing here and you would only share the house with one person, me, a 59 year old registered nurse and a 17 lb lovable TeddyBear Dog. Your bedroom has been painted white and upgraded with new mounted TV, twelve drawer dresser, recliner and end table housing security lock box. Your bathroom has been freshly painted and upgraded with an above toilet white storage mount. The large backyard includes a heated Endless swimming pool, hot tub, putting turf, fire pit, fruit trees and above ground vegetable garden. The house has many upgrades to include digital HVAC system with built-in air purifier. Room is for a woman identified only.

I am a registered nurse working day shift. I usually work every weekend. I play the bass clarinet in a community band. I love to travel. I am recently divorced and prefer my solitude. I am quiet at home unless I am using the blender or practicing my bass clarinet. I am clean and prefer to keep the house clean. My dog is an attention whore. He loves people more than dogs. I come home for lunch to let my dog out.
