Hello! Looking for a clean & responsible roommate for my 2 bedroom apartment while I’m out of town.

Looking for an easy going, tidy person willing to clean up after themselves within common spaces. (Work from home is okay.)

The apartment is two bedrooms one bathroom on the top floor overlooking the bay with a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet and 100“ TV/projector for movies and relaxing. The apartment is fully furnished, including my bedroom (which you’ll be taking over). If you prefer the bedroom unfurnished, I can possibly make arrangements for this.

There apartment has it’s own fitness center and several common areas, including a rooftop BBQ accompanied by a spectacular view of the entire city.

As the unit is fully furnished, a $350 damage deposit is required. The rent is $1,800 per month (that includes all utilities; W/S, heating, electricity, and high-speed internet (400Mbps). Free street parking is readily available.

If you want to stay longer than 1-month, I require 50% of your last months rent to be paid upfront.

The room is available immediately, I’m available for video and in person walk through tours

The property manager requires proof of income to show you can cover your rent with 2.5x income to rent ratio. Co-signers allowed.

This is a temporary month-to-month situation while I’m traveling for the next 8-12 weeks. My current roommate is an extremely quiet software engineer, keeps to himself and travels a lot, so you’ll have the place to your self for weeks a a time.
