This is super close to Gay St and the heart of downtown, only 5 minute walk and very close to campus, about a 5-10 minute drive. There is a balcony, stackable washer and dryer sets, generous walk-in closets, electric stovetop, and marble countertops. The commons area has a workout room, free coffee/chai, a billiards table, and the outside has a huge pool and a huge grill. It’s very clean, and there is little to no noise, the walls are quite sturdy and the people are very nice. This room will be available by end of month, it does not come furnished and I’ll be scheduling a pickup of my mattress with the company I bought it from. My roomate and I split the utilities, and I pay for internet, which is 50/month through Xfinity, which will be transferred to you should you decide to move in.

Hi there! I was recently laid off from my job and can’t afford to live in my apartment anymore. It’s a 2 bed, 2 bath, with your own bathroom at Marble Alley Lofts. I’m hoping I can find someone to move in ASAP. My roommate is super chill - she is gone during the day, she works a lot. She also works 9-12 on saturday, 12-5 on Sunday.
