Shelby's room

Two story farm house located just 10 minutes from 8th Ave. There is currently myself and one other person occupying the lower level bedrooms. I’m looking for a dependable low key roommate for the main level bedroom. Rent includes all utilities and internet. The bathroom, kitchen, and laundry are all shared. There are a couple close neighbors as well.

I am a 30 year old female, I work two jobs and am barely home. The other downstairs bedroom occupant is a mid 30s male. There is also, Larry, my 2 year old cat. He’s cool.
