Looking for a clean and responsible female professional or student for a single occupancy room who understands the concept of “sharing a home” and is familiar with East Indian culture. Will consider males under specific circumstances.

You will have a semi-furnished bright sunny room, with a private bath that has a full bathtub and an uncovered outdoor parking spot. A shelving unit, a small computer desk, ergonomic chair and filing cabinet are in the room for your use.

You would be sharing the kitchen and living area in a condo (more like a house as there are 2 floors) with a professional female roommate who works from home and a 10 lb chi-Beagle. I have a great kitchen to cook in as well with the utensils.

This house is close to T-Mobile HQ, Bellevue College, Boeing Bellevue, Microsoft Advanta, Factoria Mall, Eastgate Park N Ride, Swedish Issaquah, Newcastle golf club, Lake, park and etc. A grocery and Starbucks is a - min walk.

No pets, no smoking, no drugs, or firearms. Must have current Covid booster, pay and pass credit and background checks.

First and last month rent and $ refundable security deposit.
