Cozy house in the heart of Placerville! - Close to shops, restaurants and Hwy 50.

We are looking for a roommate to fill our spare room, we are hoping to fill the room on a month-to-month basis. Starting with a 3 month start as a trial, and then a follow-up conversation in September about potentially long-term stay.

The room is 10x10, on the main floor. It is furnished with a queen size bed, night stand and a desk. Shared space= living room, dining room, bathroom, upstairs mini-balcony, upstairs great room which serves as a guest room/office/exercise/yoga/drum set area. There is also a large, fenced-in backyard with a deck.

Our names are Javier and Katie. We are in our mid-30s, outdoor enthusiasts, and spend as much time outside as possible. Love whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, rock climbing and skiing/snowboarding. We enjoy cooking for ourselves and for others. With that being said, friends will be over from time to time. We both work full time, Katie spends some days and evenings WFH. But mostly away from the house.
