Room is the larger of the 2 as well as the bathroom that comes with it. You will also receive a garage spot with the room as well. Big enough for a small compact vehicle.

Rent is $1,500 a month, utilities included as well as wifi.

About the location. Steps away from Park 101 and Carlsbad Village as well as the water. A wonderful spot to be in. The complex is small, 5 unit’s total. All the neighbors are super chill and reliable.

Across the street is a hotel as well as a 7/11 and next door are nice condos with a beach shop underneath. It’s a cozy area.

Unit is the nicer of the complex with carpeted bedrooms, new tile in the kitchen and hardwood floors throughout the living room. Not a bad spot. You’re bathroom is a full sized bathroom just outside the bedroom door. Full size tub with shower. Tub is a bit dated. Outside of that, bathroom is great.
