Dustin's room

Looking for a third person to join in on a 1 year lease in a 3 bed 2 bath house. 1600 sq feet. Rent is $1,550 per month, split evenly brings rent down to $520 a month. Utilities are based on usage, and will increase the cost. We are located near FM 2920 and and I-45 in Spring TX. There are plenty of restaraunts nearby and other shops. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. The house is furnished with the exception of private rooms. Washer and Dryer are currently unavailable but I am working to get that remedied.

I am a 26 yr old male with a full time job. I’m normally at work or in my room, either playing video games, reading, or watching TV. I occasionally go out to hang with friends and play board games.
