About the room
The New House in Great Park Rise Park with a nice quiet safe neighborhood. The room and bathroom are on the first floor, very private with a nice view. We are living in the second floor. Therefore both of us have our own space. A washer and dryer are also available in the unit. A very quiet and clean place for students and professionals to stay.
About the roomies
I and my husband are living in the second floor. We are looking for a clean and friendly people to join our new house. I will work at home, and my husband is a full time PHD student. In addition, we have a baby girl at the house. Therefore we will be on the second floor for the most of time. Please no smoking weed inside the house and be friendly with our baby.
