2 bed 2 bath apartment right beside USC Upstate, have one room with your own bathroom available, not the best of apartments but it’s pretty cheap compared to everywhere else

I’m a very outgoing person, I’m very easy to get along with and I like my house to stay clean, I do smoke and no not cigarettes but i don’t inside the house because of the smell, I have a dog and 2 cats who are friendly to other animals, age is not a problem either just want someone who will pay bills on time. If shit gets damaged I’ll pay that the end it’s not on you, unless it’s an absurd amount of dmg in your room/bathroom
