This rom is big enough to fit king size bed. The rent is $800 per month which includes electricity, gas, water, trash and maid service for the bathroom, kitchen and common areas. The maid will come in once a month and the pool cleaner will come in every week. To qualify you need to have good credit history, no pet and nonsmoker. This house is close to Chino shopping center and 12 miles to Cal Poly. Moving date is Jan 15th, 2023. There are lots of parking on the street next to the side of the house or in front of the house.

You will be sharing the house with 4 nice young professional men upstairs and 1 nice young professional man downstairs.
