Kristen's room

The condo is right on the back bay overlooking the back bay with an unobstructed view. There are seven pools and tennis courts on the property and a gym. The room is nicely furnished and has its own bathroom across from it. You will have access to the living room, kitchen and backyard. Centrally located near fashion Island, balboa island. $1,660 includes includes internet, cable, utilities not included.

Only one other person (myself) a female business person entrepreneur. I have been 10 years at this location and the condo is a great zen place to relax, not party central. There is a Dr from France who comes to stay in the third bedroom from June through September.
