This includes all utilities including internet, trash, heat/ gas, etc. $25 annual parking fee. No parking pass needed, it’s all digital here. You will need to register your car with the leasing agency. There is lots of guest parking as well. $25 non-refundable application fee but, like, after you’ve seen the place and want to apply. Because this isn’t a damn scam 🙄.
