Greetings! we’re a 3 woman, 3 generation, multi ethnic multi Racial household , on the west side of Santa Cruz. strong decades of dedicated yoga, music, dance, meditation, & therapy. age range 18-60 Mother’s home (as we affectionately call her) has ocean views, private gated entrance to natural bridges state park/ Beach. Walking distance to Weekend Farmers market,New leaf, & west cliff. walk/ ride to Western drive/ direct bus routes to UCSC. Secured Parking & guest parking. The house has beautiful views of the Bay and nature. excellent surf access to “ sidewalks “ However please take into consideration, THIS IS AN OLDER HOME, little use as a vacation home for our family many years ago. Now that It is our primary residence we are slowly renovating it. Things to Note: she has very thin walls/ thin insulation, thus, sound travels throughout the house, offering minimal privacy. Upgrades are being done monthly, to polish up the interior aesthetics, replace insulation, & remodel outdated appliances etc. unexpected minor issues that occur are addressed as needed due to the age of the home

Not suitable for frequent guests or entertaining, such as dinner parties, or overnight guests. we tend to keep the space insulated keeping guests to a minimum & checking in with each other before we invite people over, as we want everyone to be comfortable with the energy that comes home. Not suitable for animal allergies or late night noise. it is a quiet meditative atmosphere, kitchen is free for your use. cook however you please. we generally do not cook or eat together due to our schedules. weekly hatha yoga & philosophy classes are held in the sun room. We share contemplative space together, studying various topics such as metaphysics, psychology, physics, and social justice. If you would prefer not to contribute to household chores you are welcome to contribute to our housekeeping-fund for bi monthly housekeepers. Laundry inside on site.
