Hello possible roomies! I am looking for a roommate to share the space in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in Rincon Valley.

I am renting out the master suite, I stay in the spare room.

Utilities included.

I am looking for a working professional short or long term. You must be working with a long work history to apply.

The entire condo was remodeled, you will have free use of the entire condo except for the spare bedroom. The place is completely furnished but I am willing move out furniture if you have furniture to move in.

You have full use of condo amenities; pool, hot tub, and gym.

Free parking on site, and use of my garage for a vehicle and/or storage can be negotiated.

I will share my California State Park Poppy Pass and Sonoma County Park Pass to access all parks.

I am 50 years old, retired Air Force, and working here in Santa Rosa but also live in Sacramento as well. So I am typically here only on weekdays and go back to Sacramento on weekends.

I am easy going, like to play pool (billiards), golf, and other outdoor activities. I like to cook and like to share.
