[Discounted rate if only needing one room.] I have two private bedrooms available in a two-story house, each with its own ensuite private bathroom! The house was built last year and features all new major appliances – TV, washer/dryer, fridge, water softener. All utilities are included, as well as garage space for one car (with an EV charging port if you need it) and access to a community swimming pool.

You’ll be sharing the place with just me, the homeowner. I am a single, working professional who will be occupying the master bedroom. I am clean, laid-back, and respectful of others’ space and property, and I hope my potential tenants are the same.
