I have a private bedroom and bathroom with a private entrance and patio available for rent short term month to month. In Windsor CA The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, tall dresser, vanity/desk as well as small storage, mini fridge, and microwave. No kitchen facilities.no laundry facilities. I do t share the rest of the house. The room is small. It is just a bedroom and a bathroom and is not suitable for more than one person. No pets no smoking must be quiet and clean. This is really suitable for a short term rental month-to-month.

I am a retired teacher I live in the main house. The room is part of the house, but I don’t share the rest of the house. The room is totally private and has its own outside entrance.
