Come and share our clean, modern 4 bedroom home. Located in a safe, quiet park like community in the Linda Vista neighborhood, it is centrally located for Clairemont, Kearny Mesa, Fashion Valley, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach , Mission Valley, UCSD, and USD. The room is large and bright, 10 x 13ft vaulted ceiling, with built in closet, and front facing window. It comes fully furnished with queen bed, nightstand desk, flat screen TV and 2 dressers, all in excellent condition . The shared bathroom with tub and shower is adjacent to this bedroom. Sharing with 29yro female. The layout of the house permits 2 bedrooms and a bathroom at one end of the building, and the master bedroom suite at the other end, with all the common areas between . This allows maximum privacy for all the occupants. As a roommate, you would have full kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry access. There is a beautiful fully lit rear garden that opens onto tecolote canyon with open and covered seating areas, fire pit and bbq area for good weather enjoyment. It is very private and quiet.

This is an all female household, comprising a female couple, our 29 year old Daughter , and 3 cats .We are all employed and variously work from home or at office locations as required. We love our home, and do our best to keep our environment clean and tidy , but homes are for comfortable living and enjoyment . We do like to entertain and are usually out socially at weekends, but also enjoy our quiet times reading or in conversation.
