Hello! I am looking for a roommate to move into my beautiful condo in Tempe! You would have your own spacious room, closet, and bathroom. The condo is remodeled. I work full-time Mon-Fri, from 9am-5pm, go to the gym and mostly keep to myself. I enjoy having a good time or relaxing on the weekends. We do have parking spots, one covered, one uncovered that we can switch off. I am looking for someone to move in at the end of September. Rent is $650 per person, we pay for electricity and internet. We do have a washer and dryer. There is a pool but no gym. The condo is privately owned, the landlord is great. Let me know if you are interested, and want to come to see it!
